mom-Are you mommy’s girl?
No, i daddy’s girl.
“I want Milka me”
Mom-“You just had Milka me”
“I know. I want more Milka me. Now!”
mom-Hey little miss.
“I not a miss, I Lydia Cox!”
mom-Lydia let’s go to the store.
No. I stay here.
Everett-Lydia is screaming like a banshee.
Lydia-screaming. I not a banshee.
Mom-we’re going to wild eggs for breakfast.
Lydia-ugh. Not again.
The diaper fairy….
We had such wonderful memories of Emily and her cottage community. It was the place we went each year for Christmas photos and were we did our announcement of you, having Everett wear his big brother t-shirt Christmas 2015.
From 1.5 weeks of age until you were 4 months old, we would circle and share daily roses/thorns in the space in a community room with fellow moms and babies. The woman who started the cottage was very special and I’m glad she was in our lives for a short time. Think of what the words glitter, loving, peace, kind, thoughtfulness, patience, glowing, warm, authentic, honest, calm, intelligent, driven, spiritual, optimism, nurturing, friendly, hopeful, and graciousness mean to you. These are all words that describe the amazing woman who helped to create such an amazing network for babies, toddlers and families.

Classy and Lydia are synonymous

Things that make you go hmmm
Sigh…
You just laid on the floor and said ‘fock’. Daddy says this is mommy’s doing.
I pointed out that you were holding a fork, for fork’s sake!
Silly Lydia Lou
You came into the kitchen last night asking/stating your need for more pasta. I bent down, with the strainer in hand to put some additional pasta in your bowl. Instead, you grabbed the strainer, with the remaining pasta, and walked off into the living room to finish your dinner.
This is boring!!!
Go away in the kitchen!
